  After my truck was loaded, I was told I would need a larger U-Haul because there was not enough space for all of my belongings. However, when I inspected the truck myself, I found significant unused space, tilted totes, and fragile items that had not been properly secured. After reorganizing the load, I was able to fit everything into the original truck without needing a larger vehicle, making the recommended additional expense completely unnecessary. I was also concerned about the safety of the loading process. When I opened the rear door of the truck, a tote and a chair immediately fell toward me. Fortunately, I was not injured, but the situation could have easily resulted in damage to my belongings or personal injury. The overall loading process lacked organization, efficient use of space, and proper care for fragile items. I spent additional time correcting the load and was disappointed by the level of service provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this team.

  The movers were super fast and able to get done with packing the U-Haul under the two hours for my one bedroom apartment. They were a little late due to weather but communicated with me letting me know what was going on. They packed the U-Haul so well nothing shifted during the cross country trip!
