  • We used this service for a move across country from Jacksonville to Seattle. During the move, the two movers confirmed repeatedly to us that they were fully wrapping our furnitures which were of significant value. We trusted them and didn’t need to monitor what they were doing. While unloading, we (and the movers we hired to unload) realized that almost no furniture was wrapped. All of our furnitures were scratched and some were outrightly broken. I contacted Amelia, the contact person immediately and sent pictures. She assured me that she was going to relay the issue to her boss and has since done nothing. This is a terrible company. We trusted them so much that we tipped very reasonably. I plan on filing a lawsuit and calling on other customers that may have experienced the same issue to join in this suit. They need to replace all the ruined furniture and the trouble caused. At worst, they need to be reminded that it’s terrible to do business without integrity.
