  • This was my first move and thanks to Grupo RH it went great. I was unsure about using Moving Help service but Grupo RH was excellent since the moment I booked. Almost immediately after my reservation I got a message confirming and I was able to discuss any additional details. The movers were on time and they are very efficient. They took care of my belongings with caution. They were meticulous to not damage walls. I’m grateful I used Grupo RH for my moving. They were also familiar with the truck that I hired and helped me back into parking. I would recommend Grupo RH anyone that needs help. I talked to many moving services in Jacksonville and everyone’s quotes was 7 times what I payed here. I even told them I only need couple of heavy things and they told me they would take 5hrs. If it wouldn’t be for an annoying sofa and elevator Grupo RH would’ve finish everything in less than an hour. Thank you Junior and Carlos for your excellent service.
