Overall, communication was excellent and I appreciated being notified ahead of time that the movers would be about 30 minutes late. The team worked hard and completed the move. However, one box was handled too roughly, causing a snow globe which was double wrapped to break and leak onto my personal photos. Luckily, only one photo was damaged bc I opened the box immediately to survey the items inside. As for the snow globe, it was a gift from my friend and was a special keepsake so I am very sad it's busted up. I also had to purchase a replacement box and tape unexpectedly. Despite that one issue, the move was completed successfully overall.
