They did not wrap couch and it gathered dirt stains all over it. Secondly they did not properly move the dresser and stretched the top badly. They should have hand carried the dresser instead of putting on hand truck. Would like refund and money needed to replace couch and fix dresser. Thank you.

I appreciate the feedback we're not a full service moving company it is on u the customer to have everything wrapped and taken apart im sorry about your sofa even offended to clean it the dresser I moved personally by myself I dont remember ANYTHING BEING WRONG I APOLOGIZE AGAIN
