• I could not be more pleased with the service I received from these movers. They communicated well. They were on time. They were friendly and they were very very good at their job.

• The movers were not very professional and made it seem like this was a lot of trouble to work. I paid for 2 hours and they were here less than an hour. The complained about the stairs even though we told them we had 2 flights when paid. They were only worried about their money. Would not recommend them or use them again.

• When the movers arrived, one of them, Cee, was extremely helpful and professional. Although the situation had already been stressful, he remained communicative, worked efficiently, and was very kind throughout the process. I was especially appreciative of his effort and tipped him because of the assistance he provided. Unfortunately, my experience with the other mover was very different. He appeared frustrated from the beginning and was not receptive to my requests. I had already packed the majority of my belongings into the truck myself, so I primarily needed assistance with the remaining items and heavier furniture. However, there were still several heavy items left in the apartment that I needed help moving. There were also issues with how some of my furniture and belongings were handled. Some items were left outside on the ground, and some of my belongings were damaged during the move. I understand that moving can be difficult and that accidents can happen, so the damage itself was

We spoke with both employees and they stated that nothing was left behind and no damage occurred during the move. They also noted preexisting damage on some items before they were loaded, and no concerns about damage or handling were raised during or at the conclusion of the move. As this was a labor only service, customers are responsible for providing moving blankets and protective materials. We appreciate that you recognized the crews efforts with a tip and we take your concerns seriously.
