Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
These guys were simply amazing! Not only were they professional, kind, and communicative during the move but they were the sweetest humans and everything was miss or ma’am and it was great to see such helpful and kind help! Only complaint I have is the lady scheduling the arrival time agreed on 0930 with me but told the guys 1000. They showed up at 0945 so early for the time they were told which was also appreciated.
I booked two movers for 2 hours to help unload my 10-foot U-Haul truck and move some additional furniture from my neighbor’s home into my apartment (second floor). While they unloaded the truck quickly and brought the items upstairs, they refused to assist with the remaining furniture from my neighbor’s home, claiming they completed two hours' worth of work in one hour. Despite my repeated request for help with just one more round of furniture, they still refused and left 30 minutes before the scheduled time. I was left with part of my move unfinished. I gave the payment code under pressure, not realizing it would finalize the transaction even though the job was incomplete. I’m very disappointed with this experience.
The moving helpers were extremely professional, knowledgeable and fast! I will use this company again. We were very happy that we chose to have The Good Guys help us with our move!
