• Our unloaders were fantastic. They were a little late due to unforeseen circumstances but they communicated clearly and in a timely manner. They were fast, efficient, and super friendly. A lot of the items they were unloading had been broken or damaged in the move and they paid special attention to ensure they were careful and delicate. They also took time to sweep out the truck. I tipped them each at time of service. They were wonderful.

• Very impressed with the team of three who completed a difficult 3rd floor apartment load. They were on time, efficient, hard working and friendly. Would highly recommend Make a Move.

• Joe and Justin were amazing. They arrived early and were professional and courteous. Both were careful with the boxes and furniture that needed to be moved. When loading the UHaul they were very organized, mindful and aware of where and how to stack boxes and place furniture. I wish I could have had them in Kansas where the truck was being unloaded. I would hire them again without hesitation. My move to Florida was done by professional movers and it was a huge disaster and the cost was frightening when I recall the damage that was done. Joe and Justin could definitely teach those professionals (S&M Relo & Priority Van Lines) so much. Joe and Justin deserve more than a 5 Star rating for their loading services. They were amazing!!! Communication before the move was great as well.
