  • Jay was very communicative prior to starting the job. Extra time was needed and paid but during the last hour communication was poor and I believe the workers became frustrated. As a result some of my items were damaged. I tipped the helpers out of courtesy.

    This is totally not true in all fairness your truck was not big enough to fit all of your items so you had us lay dressers on top of each other on top of a washer and dryer. I advised against it but we still did it because you didn't want to rent an additional trailer. You also were upset because we wouldn't do a move out clean on a 3 bedroom home for a hundred dollars. Again no items were damaged when job was finished I can't speak on the end result after your out of town ride with the way u forced your items to be packed in your truck. Thank you for your business
