• I hired Right Direction Moving and Transport LLC through Moving Help for a 2 hour move on 10 03 2026. During the move, my TV was damaged and stopped working, my couch was damaged, and my mattress was stained. I also paid an additional $65 directly to one of the workers after being told payment was needed for them to continue, although the additional hour was not completed. The owner later explained that the worker should not have taken the payment and that he had been fired. The worker initially told me he would return to clean address the couch, but I never received any further communication from him. The owner later contacted me and offered to come address the couch and provide something toward the TV, but the visit has since been rescheduled twice. At this point, I do not feel comfortable having the company or the worker return to my home and would prefer to have the damages handled professionally. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience

• These guys are excellent. Definitely would use they again. They were able to move everything out of the storage unit into the truck in a reasonable time.
