I would have rated this higher as the two men they sent me worked very hard and did do a good job except the company never told me they were sending two deft men that could not hear or talk. I was shocked we had to use phones to tell them what to do. this took longer and was very difficult to deal with. Like I said the men worked hard and did a good job but did end up breaking a drawer slide I couldn't tell him to stop before he broke it. Maybe next time only send one of them along with someone who can hear my instructions and do as I ask not what they wanted to do because they couldn't hear me give directions. I gave the two men a nice tip because they worked hard.
