Paid em for two helpers for three hours. Moving day ended up being the hottest day of the summer. Didn’t complain once, worked fast, efficiently-expertly loaded, very respectful-mindful of items and surroundings. Will be requesting Jason and Donovan for future services. Thank you sirs.
Keith was fantastic, very friendly and cordial. Very good with communication while discussing timing of pick up, and treated my furniture with care. Would absolutely hire again!
Two guys came 30minutes late and one guy was completely drunken and smelled alcohol badly. When he came to my house he took off his shoes and yellow liquid spilled from his shoes.(I believe it was pee) He said it will dry out so no worries. And he kept tumbling down and made damages to my furnitures. When I called the company to replace the guy, George(the drunken guy’s brother) told me to give a full refund for the damage. But he didn’t replace his brother with someone else.And the drunken guy kept ordering to the other guy to move stuff and mostly he worked with his mouse and it took double time to move stuffs. He said time is up and you need to pay for extra hours. George told me to give a full refund but he asked me to etransfer more money for extra hours. I trusted him and gave the money. Now I didn’t get any refund. Instead, thousand dollars worth of my furniture damaged. The worst ever moving experience in my life.I can’t understand why U-Haul keeps contract with these scammers.
