• Brandon was great. I had a last minute move and because my helpers cancelled on me I had to get a last minute mover. Even though his team was busy he came and did the job himself. Great service thank Brandon!

• The move was fine but the experience was a little off putting. I offered the movers water and one of them said they had already helped themselves to my case of water because when they were moving it some of the waters fell out. I’m like ‘huh?’ Am I over reacting or is that weird to help yourself to the client’s water without asking? Also, one of the movers placed his sweat soaked hoody and hat on top of my boxes so when I was helping to drag some of the boxes into my apartment, I had to touch his soaked items. Then the same mover said ‘tips are appreciated, we work really hard.’ Which was a little off putting to me. However I was still going to tip. I go down to the lobby after they leave and what do I find? His face masks and the sweat soaked tissues he just used to wipe his face THROWN ON THE LOBBY FLOOR! I had to pick them up, disgusting. Very weird experience compared to the movers I had earlier in the day out of state.

• I called Ultimate Movers at 10;30 pm Sunday night needing movers the next day. Brandon called me that evening and we worked out a schedule. They were prompt, courteous, and they worked their tails off. I have already recommended them to other people who need movers.
