  Very good and detailed communication in advance and the day of the move. The movers arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend One Call Crew to help with any moving needs.

  The movers arrived about 45 minutes late. These movers were in a hurry and one dragged my mattress and couch on the hallway floor - that people’s dirty shoes and dogs walk on. They were in a rush, so when two of them should have been using the dolly to carry large items, they carried things separately to save time. I paid for 4 hours, but got maybe 3 hours of work. During the unloading, one of the movers scuffed my wall. I asked him to be careful, but he didn’t say anything. I asked them 3 to be careful so the walls wouldn’t get scuffed. A manager asked me how it was. I was tired and had to return the Uhaul so I gave him a positive review on the spot. However, I would not recommend this place unless it’s something quick and you don’t care about the quality of the move. This company focuses on quantity and not quality. I’m not sure if it was their work ethic or their management doesn’t coach them on how to work professionally, but it was a weird and disappointing experience.

  Complete professionals! They were early, efficient, and very respectful of my property! Completed the job in half of the time! The entire move was seamless! I will only use them from now on. Exceptional on all levels!
