    After some initial confusion about the timing, everything went great. The reservation through U-Haul said 9am, but when I was contacted by the movers, they said it was between 8 and noon. Since I had planned around 9am, and were going to be away after 11, that could’ve been sticky. But they made it work and got here 30 minutes after 9. Job was done quickly and professionally. Thanks!
