Items were haphazardly loaded. They seemed to be in a hurry toward the end of loading even though it only took one hour of a two hour booking.

They were fantastic. I ran into some difficulty picking up the rental truck and they offered to pick me up and drive me to get the rental truck. Above and beyond expectations. The loading went very smoothly. Very professional.
