Movers did not reach out to me to schedule a time- I reached out to them the afternoon before. The day they are late then try to reschedule (sent to me at 250 and my appt was for 3) but im at the house waiting and have LA heat so my stuff cant stay in the truck. I was told they will see what they can do. I was told by the main guy I was talking to that they can be there in 30 mins (called me at 430) & one guy was waiting in his car for 30 min and waiting on the other for about an hour. They got started at 517. They did not care about my stuff they were moving. I have so many things scratched, dented, and even chunks taken out of my family heirloom antique furniture. If anything has a 90 deg corner it is in danger of being damaged. I have a spare room I refer to as my junk room and I mean stuff was just getting thrown on top of other stuff. drawers not put in the correct direction. My friend was trying to help and they commented about how she shouldnt help or lift bc shes a girl
