• When I scheduled the move (on 10/20 for 11/11) through Uhual I told the rep that I would I need 2 men, approximated 3 hours, and needed COI insurance for my building to move in. The End2End movers I was paired with for $100.95 are telling me for 2 men that I would need to pay $330, and turns out they are not COI insured OR eligible for the U-haul insurance (Safeload). I would like to cancel with them, get the full refund of $100.95 and book my own movers that fit my needs. Ive spent ~3 hours on the phone with moving help trying to get the issues resolved, and am told a different story each time or whether or not I am guaranteed 2 movers or not. Uhaul says I get 2 movers, a moving help rep told me I get 2 movers, and then a 2nd moving help rep told me that its up to the mover to decide the crew # and I'm not guaranteed 2 movers, even though moving with just 1 crew for moving is unheard of. Its been a super frustrating and costly experience, and my new movers are going to cost me $200 m
