Willy did an awesome job with our move. He came on time and helped out until the very end of the 4 hours we paid for. Unfortunately one of the two movers we booked got into a car accident and couldn’t make it. Willy and I worked extra hard to complete the move and Gentile Giants unfortunately could only give us 1 additional hour free of charge. They couldn’t get us a second mover there to help or give us a partial refund despite needing to help do the move ourselves. I’m very disappointed with their inflexibility and their phone number was down during the move. Willy was awesome but I would go with a different company.

The movers were very nice and professional. Showed up late but did the work. Unfortunately you sent two that were too young for the job and could not get it done.
