• Marquis and Sam were excellent the entire move. They were fast, capable, and came with know-how on how to pack the truck the most efficient way. They were also available when we needed to extend our hours, which we had to do on two separate occasions. The only complaint I have is a broken planter, but in the grand scheme of things everything went as well as it could have. I’ll definitely be using this company in the future.

  Thank you for your feedback we really appreciate it. As far as the broken planter goes we always recommend our customers to make sure all furniture and belongings are properly secured and boxed. Unfortunately the customer did not box his planters as requested.

• First, the experience began on a frustrating note. The initial communication was excessive and inefficient because needing to itemizing every piece of furniture served no apparent purpose, as it had no discernible impact on how the job was executed. The crew arrived without basic equipment such as dollies and didn’t seem aware of the info provided two weeks prior. The move itself was marked by a stark contrast between the two assigned movers. The first was professional, courteous, and admirably adaptable given the circumstances. The second fell well below acceptable standards. To name a few — arriving late, dressing unprofessional, and excessively using his phone throughout the job. He took excessive breaks, leaving his colleague to shoulder a disproportionate share of the work, made repeated inappropriate requests to store his lunch in my fridge and charge his phone. He eventually ate that lunch and smoked during my billable hours.

  This review is absolutely ridiculous and untrustworthy. First off this customer communication was horrible. The customer was well aware we do not provide moving equipment because we are not a full service moving company. I confirmed all of this with the customer 3 times prior to their move. We asked basic common sense questions that are relevant for any move. This customer is an unprofessional lair who decided to write this fraudulent review to discredit us because the customer lack basic understanding. I am disappointed and I will fight to have this review removed.
