• Incredible damage on insured move - We hired The Incredible Moving Brothers via MovingHelp to unload a professionally loaded truck of new tagged furniture. Despite holding paid parking spaces to accommodate their late arrival, they showed up with two small, unprotected dollies and caused significant damage during the move, including ripping a leather chair all the way up the back and chipping and scratching a coffee table, bed frame, and dresser. Attempts to contact them regarding the damage have gone unanswered. We purchased SafeSecure insurance, but the company has not taken ownership or offered any resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend their services based on this experience. We also cannot recommend SafeSecure, who sold us insurance directly related to this company and move, and have stopped responding to calls. We have shared pictures before the move, from the truck and after the move.

• They made an incredibly stressful day of moving much easier. I can’t imagine doing it without their help, and they were so flexible with our tricky truck rental schedule.
