Worst movers I’ve ever experienced. We had to reach out the evening before to setup our next day time. Dispatcher called at 3 07pm saying movers would arrive in ten minutes. They knocked on the door 35 minutes later but used the time ‘they pulled up’ to start the clock. One worker knocked on the door smelling of marijuana. The other didn’t even get out of the car for another 10 minutes smelling even worse. Movers were slow, dropped boxes, acted as they’ve never seen a king size mattress and couldn’t figure out how to get a basic sectional couch out of a room or down stairs. Left a large gash in the wall and broke stair trims because they just wanted to slide things down stairs instead of lifting them. Coordinator called 40 minutes before end time and said they only had 15 minutes left (due to the early clock-in). At this point we just let them leave and rinsed ourselves. Truck loading was terrible, didn’t use standard loading techniques.
