Absolutely HORRIFIC experience with this company. They packed my items into the truck carelessly and without any of the moving blankets I provided, they caused a gas AND a water leak in the home resulting in costly damage and an emergency call to the gas company, and they badly scratched my walls and floors, and almost every piece of furniture I own is damaged in some way- including priceless furniture made by my great grandfather. Is it normal for so-called professionals to just drag your heavy furniture on your floors? I could've done that much myself. I have never seen people act with such reckless disregard for another person's possessions, my home, and even my life. Do NOT book these movers, if I could provide 0 stars, I would.
