  • They took my boxes and were gone for over an hour without me. Who knows if they went through it and or took items out. Not professional at all. They left part way through to pick a third person up and so the process took a lot longer than it should have. It was very frustrating. Also after on 1 hr 25 minutes they ask for payment. I told them that it had not been two hours with two people. They acted like I was asking for something above and beyond. The advertising stated; continued services with any home projects (when I asked they said only move items no help beyond that), careful with your belongings (they broke a jewelry box and didn’t apologize). willing to stay late for your convenience (they tried to leave 35 minutes early and wanted full payment. Overall not professional and don’t know if my items were stolen since they took them for over an hour without me. Do I have any recourse for a poor job?

    We had your permission to leave to pick up our third person and were gone for 30 minutes which is why you requested we go back to the house and help move more items around. We advsd you we don't pack unless we are specifically booked to do that. We never moved a jewelry box, let alone bring anything. You were right with us showing us what to load and when we unloaded, thanked us and said you were going to call us back to reschedule the rest of the work you wanted done. We brought a third person at no extra cost to you so we could get more of what you wanted done without taking more time. When we unloaded the trailer and thought we were done, it was because you didn't have any of your items ready to go and when you book moving help it is a booking of a minimum of 2 hrs that you pay for. If we finish the job ahead of schedule and you have more items prepared to be moved we use up the two hrs and if you want more hrs we submit for additional hrs.
