  • I was not contacted by the moving company prior to the unload and had to call them two days before. At that time I found out that I was incorrectly booked for a morning unload when I had requested an afternoon unload from Uhaul. They were very gracious and flexible and allowed me to adjust the unload to the afternoon. The movers that showed up were punctual, friendly and hardworking though it didn’t appear that they had a lot of experience moving furniture. This resulted in the heavier furniture being shoved through doorways and a few pieces (a dresser and studio organ) receiving dents to the fronts.

  • I had a crisis during move and my home flooded as I was travelling with more of my belongings. They were easy to deal with, came the next day and offered to come back to move items once the flooding was dried up. Very kind and prompt.

  • Contacted 2 days in advance and then back and forth on day as driving a long distance and unsure if all would go as planned. Arrived and asked where to place items and did a great job.
