  • Communications was good to start with with confirmation of start times sent the day before. Asking me to have specific equipment the night before was, however, not good as it is hard to get equipment on short notice. Overall experience was not great as crew did not have the strength needed and relied on hand carts for pieces that two movers usually had no problems with and that marked some pieces of furniture even though the furniture was wrapped in moving blankets. I could see they tried to be careful but perhaps just did not have the experience or strength. The crew at the destination was much better and had the strength and experience needed to move some of my larger items.
