As so as I walked up to great the workers , they immediately told me that they would need additional time to move the contents of the pod, I allocated two hours, how can you tell me that you are not able to accomplished the job in the allocated time prior to even viewing the contents? The pod was an 8 foot pod. They were moving slower than I was, and I have an injured knee. No, I would not hire them again nor recommend them. Neither did I appreciate the worker asking to use my bathroom as soon as they arrived, i just felt that it was unprofessional of them.

They acted like they needed me to text the address. Would not answer the phone 3 hours before scheduled help time so pretended that we requested 1 hour later. Then claimed they had been there two hours early and expected to be paid for waiting. They warned us it would likely take more than two hours and moved very slowly. They finally helped to move the heavy stuff but really dawdled. They are very dishonest and manipulative. It was a bad experience and a waste of time and money.

Showed up on time! Worked diligently! Rained very hard for about an hour of the unloading process and they worked right thru it! Impressive!
