• They did not provide professional service. Stay away if you want a job done right and efficiently. After no one showed up, I called around 5 pm and they then sent out two teenagers without equipment, with a young lady directing them. They arrived late, after 6 pm, It was dark, and so they said they could come back tomorrow and get everything in a few hours! They came back the next day without a dolly or any equipment again. If they had a dolly, they might have gotten all the boxes in a few hours. I ended up having to continue to work alone for hours that evening until midnight because they didn't get everything! Imagine, two young teenagers carrying one box at a time when you have loads of boxes and that is the service you get. They were a nice family but the experience was awful; not worth paying their fees, not when you are left carrying everything alone after they are gone.

  just wow this customer should not be allowed to book services with anyone and this is why customer booked same day service and was informed that it was going to take a minute to get guys ready customer booked for 2 person 3 hours but got 2 person 7 hours and only had to pay for 3 customer had 2 trucks 1 truck got stuck 70 ft from the house and guys having to carry everything across the ice and up icy steps one of my guys got injured because of it this is the truck that got stuck 70 ft away from the house and had about 40 + boxes with nothing but canned food and books boxes weighed in at almost a hundred pounds each customer was informed also that we do not provide dollies for the purpose of moving it is the customer's responsibility to get a dolly it says it all over the U-Haul site when customers book services I mean come on really who rents a uhaul truck to move thought stuff and not rent U-Haul dollys U-Haul says we have all your moving needs this customer just wanted free labor
