  • These men do not know basic geometry. Damage most if not all of my furniture and on top of that overcharged me and extra hour of work that they did not do. Unprofessional and scammy

    There was a 150 pound extra large table we suggested to take apart, customer insisted on leaving the table together and we proceeded to move down a narrow stair case with us advising the customer the whole time that we should put the table back inside. Also we did not charge for an extra hour the customer reserved for a specific amount of hours and we completed it an hour early, I then instructed the customer to contact moving help customer service with any questions about remaining time because we have no way to edit the time once already reserved unless it is to add extra hours.
