  • Scheduled for 1to2pm start and did not arrive until 645. They did communicate the delay and kept me updated, but I had to have the truck back that evening and ended up unloading 3 quarters of the 26 foot truck myself.

  • A glitch in the uhaul reservation system caused my service not to be booked properly. I called pro movers, then booked again through uhaul, and they still squeezed me into their schedule in the same day. Communication was great the whole time. The crew was respectful and packed my items well. I would use this team again any time!
