  Big E moving

  There was another recommended mover a bit more expensive and another slightly cheaper; all with numerous positive comments. I decided to go with the middle price, and selected Big E. It was a last-minute booking at 5 am, to unload my items that afternoon. Because it was last minute, I did not expect the company to be able to do it that morning. I was wrong. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a confirmation text from Big E himself (Earnest) within a minute of my booking! He also asked if I wanted the unpacking that morning, which I did. I was even more surprised to know he was driving over 50 miles for the move. Of course, I knew he would arrive early (30 minutes to be exact). He said he did not realize he would get her so fast, but preferred to be early, rather than late. He was very professional and kind. He did an amazing job!!

  Jason and Kash were AMAZING!!! They moved me from the 3rd floor into my storage unit with speed and finesse! The communication before arrival was very reassuring ( you don't know who you are hiring when you're selecting initially). So when Brighid reached out that same evening to confirm details, it really helped to give me some peace of mind. She was very professional and caring. The guys handled my move with ease and patience. I am so grateful to them and WILL use them again. I will also refer them to anyone who needs moving help!
