  If I could give zero stars I would! This was the WORST moving experience of my life. The first issue was with translation as the dispatch and workers speak zero English. That was minor but we asked for a 5-6pm arrival and weren’t notified until after 5pm that they would arrive at 6pm. Then after 6pm we get told that they wouldn’t arrive until 7 pm . They did not arrive until 8pm and were in the car for 5 minutes before getting to work. Not to mention it was a man and his son who couldn’t have been any older than 13 or14years old! He had trouble with some of our larger items as expected for a child and almost hurt himself at least twice! They did not get done packing the truck until our time was finished we asked about extending to unload as we indicated when we ordered the service and was told it will be an extra hundred dollars. We asked if they would accept cash and they said yes, but then turned around and said that they had another job to go to that was paying them $340!

  I got to the storage and started unloading my things and found out the elevators weren’t working, but no one reached out to me about that so I have lost money on helpers and having to rent the truck for another day. I’m not very happen right now.

  These movers were very unprepared and did not communicate at all while loading my U-haul. If I could attach pictures, they broke the frame of my bed, as well as my lamps as most items were 'shoved' into the box truck and trailer. My dressers had glass countertops, which I warned them about, and they preferred to 'not load it'. I put it into the box truck myself. There was no method to their madness - they underutilized the space as they informed me the box truck and trailer was full, and left things in my house that couldn't be loaded. I had to call my friends (Which I wanted to avoid - I paid for the loading service!), and we ended up making everything fit. Overall the job was extremely lazy and juvenile. It looked like it was the first time the two men worked together. When attempting to contact them to let them know about the service, was sent to voicemail, and it has been a week and they have not called me back. Please buy your own moving blankets and mattress bag as a warning.
