If I could give negative stars I would, very unprofessional, wanted to be paid under the table and threatened to call the police when we refused. Showed up with no vehicle, one of the workers was great and one did nothing. Caused an extreme amount of stress in an otherwise stressful day. Horrible.
Despite delays in getting the U-Haul boxes on site to be unloaded, Javier and Kevin waited patiently and then arrived within minutes of the delivery. They then put our belongings exactly where we asked them to, ensuring that everything was neat and tidy. We couldn’t ask for a better team. Many thanks to both Kevin and Javier.
