• Jose and Kevin were absolutely incredible!! I did my best to prepare everything in advance to fit inside of one U-Box (wrapping, measured, tested). And they got literally everything inside of it......exactly like a jigsaw puzzle. It was brilliant to watch them piece together everything. I had no space left....but didn't have to leave any items behind. Amazing skills!!!! Ask for Jose and Kevin. They are phenomenal...!!!!

• Got the job done and definitely were go-getters. However moved several items in several rooms that they didn’t belong, creating a bit more work for us in relocating things to the right area of the house. Also, I asked that we use mattress protectors and covers for couches and mattresses that I bought, and the only one that was used was one that I specifically put over a TV. All others were unused and it made a large mess, and dirtied up mattresses as they were thrown directly making contact with the ground of the back of the truck. Have several items we now need to clean. Also, they disassembled my bed frame and did not keep all the pieces together, so we now have to by a new frame. Overall, they were friendly and helpful, just not the most diligent, and focused more on speed than quality. Overall, I’m satisfied with what I paid for the service as there are a lot heftier of price tags I could have paid that could also run into the same issues.
