Very fast and efficient and unloaded everything carefully. We’d booked for 2 hours and they managed to complete unloading everything within 20 minutes! The only issue was that the U-Haul was driven back over the walking path & the lawn got damaged on either side, but we hadn’t told them not to do so and only realized the fact after it was done, so there wasn’t any point bringing it up. We’ll make a point to mention things like that beforehand from now on, it was no fault of the helpers, they did an amazing job!

Easy to work with! They were right on time which was awesome since I was super tired from driving from Arkansas to Kansas City. They even helped me load the items I was taking with me back on the truck.
