My appointment was for1 but they didn’t get here until 4 I felt l should’ve been compensated because I had to keep the rental truck and extra day and I’m a senior citizen on a budget

I’ve used sunflower when I moved into the apartment building so I thought I’d use them when moving out. The movers were great with loading my things into the truck on loading day. Communication made me nervous prior to the loading day, confirmations weren’t made consistently from them. Example, they didn’t reach out until same week of loading day to first confirm. Uhaul also doesn’t confirm availability of truck until day before reservation day so there was also that. Once I was able to confirm time for the loading date, it was unclear that it was set in stone so I just had to trust that they’d be there. And they were! The movers arrived on time, earlier actually so we were able to start early. Like I said, they were great, they did what needed them to do, which was show up and bring all the heavy stuff into the truck.
