I received the following text from Hello Neighbor Loading on Aug 26th. "Hello! This is André @ Hello Neighbor Loading. I'm sorry to inform you that I don't have available movers for this Sunday. You can contact uhaul follow the steps to get a refund." Please refund the $305.00, which includes the refundable processing fee. I am very disappointed to receive this message as this puts me in a bind, very unprofessional to accept a job then reject it.
