This was a terrible experience out of all the moves I've done with other companies this company is the worst. Not only did I wait 30 minutes past the 2 hour window I waited at my storage for them. The guys knew better than me on how to move my stuff and continued to damage it. Brand new items just sadly ruined. I would not recommend this company for the fact that I asked if I could get a time of arrival and they just said my 2 hour window over and over but didn't even show up within it. Then the attitude of the workers and all the repetitive damage done to my items. I would hope you choose a better company for your move than this one. How terrible of a situation to pay for.
