  Five Star Movers

  Five Star Movers were excellent! They were professional, fast and courteous. I have nothing but great things to say about them and the moving services they provided. They were incredibly quick loading the Uboxes and even when we had to add an additional box last minute they handled the extra work admirably. MovingHelp through Uhaul on the other hand was a different story. After calling to add an additional Ubox to our order we had to also schedule the additional loading of the box through MovingHelp. I spent an hour and 20 minutes on the phone with customer service. An hour of the phone call was me waiting on hold. At the end of the long call they were unable to process the additional Ubox loading service. It took 3 very long phone calls over 2 days to finally get the additional box added to our order. All the while the were trying to charge me for all 5 boxes even though I had already paid for 4. It was an unpleasant and stressful interaction.

  Trell's Helping Hand

  I heard from the scheduling team almost a minute after I booked. The team arrived early, were extremely hard workers, and efficient! We unloaded the 20' truck in about an hour and they were very careful with our heavy and fragile items. I would absolutely recommend Trell's helping hand for anyone looking to make their move easier.
