    Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to provide some additional context. The original scheduled start time for this job was 5PM. You later requested a 3PM start, and we tried to accommodate that time, but that was not the scheduled time. Our crew arrived between 4;40 PM and 4;45 PM, which was before the original appointment time. Additionally, the job involved five flights of stairs rather than the three flights discussed beforehand. Despite the additional labor required, we completed the move and refunded one hour of labor charges in an effort to address your concerns for being late. At the time, we understood that this resolution was satisfactory. We work hard to provide professional service and fair resolutions when issues arise, and we appreciate the opportunity to help with your move.

  • They were fast and friendly but boxes were not placed in the designated rooms written on the boxes. Kitchen boxes in the living room, bathroom boxes in bedroom, bedroom boxes in kitchen, etc.
