  • Our time window was 12PM - 3PM, but they did not arrive until almost 4PM. We planned our day around their arrival window, and were disappointed with them being late. In addition, the 2nd helper arrived in a separate vehicle and did not introduce himself so we had no idea who this random person was walking around the home was until the vehicle with the U-Box arrived. Disconcerting to say the least.
