This is nothing against Valley City, they were AWESOME! But your site should have a way to adjust the reservation after it's made. I seriously overestimated how long it would take, and ended up having to pay for the 5hrs I originally reserved, when it only took 2. (How was I supposed to know?) Valley City guys were great, and I will use them again when I move to the new house next month. But I WONT make the mistake of following the time recommendations on uhaul website!
