Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I was told the day before my scheduled move that I would have to pay one additional hour due to their drive time to my apartment. I’ve used the moving help for three moves and this was a first. With the move in less than 24 hours I felt I had to pay it - but not happy about it. Movers numerous complaints about the Uhaul system should NOT increase my costs.
DeShaun and Daniel were amazing. They showed up with the best attitude and put us at ease right away, even in the midst of a stressful move. Our new place had 2 flights of stairs and they didn't complain once. They were organized, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They were careful with our fragile items, and made sure to put our boxes and things in the designated rooms. I'm so impressed with how they packed our U-haul to the brim with expertise. We were so impressed and so grateful for them!!! I highly recommend booking them for your next move. The only thing I will say is it took awhile for our move to get confirmed on the admin side, but once I was able to get someone on the phone to confirm it, they were awesome. And the movers texted and called us the morning of to let us know they were on their way. They arrived right on time!
These guys were wonderful! They spoke English and worked very hard! One of them dropped a box and he didn't have to tell me, but he brought it to me and asked me to check it out and make sure nothing was broken. A sign of high moral character and integrity! We will def use these guys again! We have 2 more moves coming up in the next year.
