• We hired 3 people to assist with our move and intended to keep them for the whole move but had them leave before even the two hours was up as it seemed to take all 3 to move each item, half of the time spent discussing how best to get it out the door before I would go over and fix whatever conundrum (usually just a question of how to tilt) right away.

• This company was slow and wasted my 2 hour job so we had to finish the rest ourselves which was about a 1-3 of the stuff to be taken up to my apartment. They even had the nerve to tell me well we didn't take a break well no kidding you are being paid to work for a straight 2 hours.

• DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst movers ever. Completely unprofessional—no proper documentation or insurance. Showed up 1.5 hours late and moved at a snail’s pace, barely working, constantly on their phones. They damaged expensive furniture and refused to provide insurance info to repair it. What should’ve taken 6–8 hours took over 12 due to their laziness. When they finally arrived at the new location at 9 PM, they refused to unload, wanted to leave the unlocked truck on the street overnight, and return the next day after another job—for extra $$$. When forced to finish the move, they dumped everything in the garage, refused to move items upstairs, didn’t set up shelving units, and wanted to leave the mattress on the floor without the frame. Furniture is ruined. Items were poorly stacked. Customer service was non-existent. This company only cares about money. Nightmare experience.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
