  • I wish they would have suggested roughly how long it would have taken. They only told us after that it would take longer because of the elevator. Would have been helpful to know this before and we would have booked 3 hours instead of 2. We were left to finish the rest on our own which compromised our entire move. The movers that showed up were lovely and so great though! Just wish the communication prior on timing would have gone better.
