The movers were great. They completed the unload an hour and half earlier than estimated. I booked for 5 hours, they were done in 3.5 hours. I called to speak with the manager regarding adjusting the billing to reflect the hours worked and Kelser, the manager was unpleasant and difficult to deal with. He had a stand-off approach and wouldn’t provide his name when I called. He said that he wasn’t able to make any changes or adjustments to the billing. When I called Moving Help they advised that he can do several options to process the correct hours for billing. However, Kesler was emphatic that he was not able to make any changes. I would have given them 5 stars, but the experience with Kessler left a bad impression. Disappointed and would not recommend Sunshine Mover.
