    Terrible experience!!! James changed my request and Brian lied about their hours. James was very helpful before the move and willing to accommodate our delay. However he changed our whole agreement without running it by me and after the move was belligerent and wouldn’t even communicate about the situation. Very disappointing! Brian flat out lied and James ignored that fact. Terrible experience!
