  Movers were 3 hours late. They communicated they would be an hour late and then another hour late and then just didn’t show up for an hour beyond that. They were very polite but were hitting our walls all over the house and damaging our furniture. They did not pack the truck well and things shifted and were damaged. They took lots of breaks and were unable to finish packing the larger items we had asked them to pack first several times since we could not lift them. We were left with furniture we could not lift and our entire move was delayed.

  They were over 2 hours late, damaged two doors in the house, walls scratched, gaskets on door ripped. That was inside my house Team that unloaded the truck said how bad the truck was packed, scratched almost every piece of furniture. I rented 48 moving pads and they used 6. Our $2000 Samsung refrigerator had two huge gouges in the bottom drawer. Stepped on the white fabric couch, we have to get it cleaned. They could have used one of the 42 moving pads that were never touched. The movers were nice but they were slow and did not know anything about packing a truck and moving furniture and appliances. I recommend that you use someone that has more experience.
