  • We had a 1 pm appointment scheduled. We had confirmed the time the night before via text. The next morning I confirmed that were were leaving Macon and would arrive at the site before 1 pm. They arrived at 3;45, 2.5 hours late. To make matters worse, we had seen someone at the building next to ours at approx 1;15 or so. The man looked at us and went back to that building. We saw another man guiding a U-haul in, down there. Texting got ETA's that were missed. They had detailed instructions to our location at the site. At 3;45, this same car and men approached us and ID themselves. We asked them about the earlier sighting and they claimed U-Haul was sending them 60 miles away. He never could answer why he didn't say something when we saw each other and why he just didn't text me again. He treated our furniture like it was dollar store trash a couple of times. His partner dropped a couple of thing & they generally acted very unprofessional. Can NOT recommend their service at all.
