Very smooth! I got a text confirmation both after booking and when I verified with them the morning of. The guys called me around 20 minutes before to tell me they’d be about 25 min late. That was unfortunate but Atlanta traffic in the morning was understandable since they were coming to Doraville from Smyrna. They got to work right away getting everything in the truck and brought cables to help tie all the things in place. They then met me at my new house to unload everything and did that efficiently as well. My move was very simple and I’m very happy with their help!
